- The applicant should provide correct and accurate information while filling up registration form.
- Application form should be completed in all respects.
- Applicant may scan and upload the requisite/supporting document, failing which the application will be rejected.
- The owner/firm will be responsible for the safe running of boiler. And boiler shall only be operated by the Boiler Attendant (Up to 1000 Mt. Sq.)/ Boiler Operation Engineer (Above 1000 Mt. Sq).
- Applicant/ Company should have filed Enterprenure Memorandum Part - I under MSMED, Act 2006 (In case unit is located in Haryana)
- Application form will be rejected if the application does not adhere to the IBR Act and to any of the above instructions.
